We have 3 veggie patch and uncle grows herbs on the last patch. We have oregano, sage, rosemary, thyme, mint, serai. Below is our oregano plant. I once asked my uncle how do you grow oregano? Uncle said he didn't know, he bought a small oregano plant from the nursery.
This year spring, one day uncle excitedly ask me to smell a leave...
Me: Em...oregano?
Uncle : Yup, come see the 2nd veggie patch.
Looks like mother nature is at work and last spring the oregano flowers were pollinated and seeds scattered to the next veggie patch. Uncle thought they were weeds and almost pulled them out. What a wonderful surprise!
It would be a shame to throw them out so I have decided to re-pot some. Uncle rolled eye at my cute pots from Daiso but Churro seemed to like them.
Hopefully I can find them good families :)
